Visual Literacy Activity

After viewing Eduscapes.com, I learned that there are alot of great ways to use visual literacy in the classroom. The activity I chose has to do with making an activity for students to retell, identify, describe, explain, or critique a photo or illustration.

I went to the website www.adflip.com. Here I viewed an old Coke ad from 1941 . The questions I would ask would be: What do you feel when you look at this ad? Why do you think the man in the ad is wearing a suit? Do you think this is a good ad, why or why not?
